[OT] Whistlefield Webcam and Weather.

I've made a few changes to the 'weather' bit of my web site at
http://www.windycroft.gt-britain.co.uk/weather
1. Some cosmetic changes to make it a little more attractive.
2. Removal of the hit counters. They were a distraction and didn't
really add anything of great interest.
3. The webcam page now archives twenty images rather than ten. This
gives a better impression of weather changes spread over five hours
rather than over the previous two and a half hours. The refresh rate
remains at fifteen minutes.
I've given up the idea of a streaming webcam. The view doesn't change
at a great rate, unless the RN are active or a tanker passes, and an
unhappy experience with a LinkSys WVC54G convinced me. I'm now
awaiting the refund!
