RMK: Sc~015, showing signs of variable depth, with a 'hint' of blue
where the cloud thins sufficiently. Otherwise, another nondescript start
to the day.

other data: We ought to have a usw BWI (boring weather index): on a
scale of 1 - 10, it would be ~9 atm! ]=

RMK: Sc began breaking up / evaporating (probably mixing down of the
very dry air above the inversion) from 1000Z, and within past 30-40 mins
has reduced to < half-cover; Cirrus heavily condensation-trail
contaminated.=
