Not sure if 090 refers to the angle from the sun? The common sundog
is roughly (depends on the solar altitude) 22 degrees from the sun.

For most people this is the angle between the tips of the little finger
and thumb on an outstretched hand at the end of an outstretched arm.
White 120 degree parhelia are sometimes seen and also very rare 44
degree.
