METAR decoding page within FAQ series

I have been reviewing the appropriate pages within the FAQ & Glossary to
make sure that the forthcoming changes to the METAR code are included.
Some of the changes (e.g. use of NSC) were already there, but have now
added such as 'AUTO', 'NCD' etc.
