here, predicted sunshine all day with a high of 14C.

It is currently overcast with light rain and only 10C. Feels like

Same here. Was predicted sunshine all day in Norfolk, which pleased me no end as I had a 50-mile bike ride planned. Today dawned to a dull day, it felt *cold* possibly due to the strength of the wind... I actually chilled despite wearing cool weather cycle clothing.
