Just heard about it on the telly. And I just got his collected short
stories
out of the library yesterday.
A toss-up whether it's he or Isaac Asimov who is the author who has given
me
the most reading pleasure.
A sad day. Space Odyssey has been my favourite movie since the first
time I saw it.

I heard that there is a plan to make a movie of Rendeverouz with Rama. I
remember playing the text adventure game based on the book many years ago.
