Which new Moon? The New Moon of Feb 17th or the
upcoming one of Mar 19th?
Or did you mean the Full Moon of Mar 3? (It looked new
for a while there.)
At any rate the Moon *averages* 12.190749 degrees of
daily motion and the position of the terminator is a function
of this travel. (But not exactly because there's this problem
of Libration to contend with.)
But these things aren't difficult to "peck up" on an Excel
spread***. So what epoch (precisely) are you curious
about?
Why not give me both?
