Checking my scrolls I find apogee was on Mar 7 at 4 h UT.
Anyone know how long it took to move from 99% visibility through 100%
to 99% again? IIRC, it normally takes something like 30 hours.
Weatherlawyer,
I ran it across my spread*** and found that the Moon
was 99.000000% full on Mar 2.9339. ( 22:24:49 UT)
It was 99.0% again on Mar 5.00805. (00:11:36)
That works to 49h 46m 47s.
It can be longer if the apogee is precisely between
the 99 percent increments.
