I want to take them to court in Germany , anyone got a clue?

Ive reported them to ebay but ebay wanted me to have the scope examined by a
telescope specialist. Problem, there are none here and the scope works
fine anyway. its just used with missing parts (see above admission.)

So i will have to fix them myself.
I *may* still go to Berlin myself i was going to go last week but
ended up in Wales in stead :-(
