Seben / Orion?

Hi,
I heard that Orion and seben are the same scopes?
I have in the post a Seben 203mm reflector.
I also ordered the motorized mount but was
thinking about a goto mount.
will the Orion (or anybody else's) goto mount work with this scope?
I see that they are really cheap in the USA so I may order one form there.
