The Earth's orbital orientation changes in accordance with Keplerian
motion -

The total length of a day varies as the Earth constant axial rotation
passes through this rate of change in orbital orientation for one
complete revolution back to noon. The pre-Copernican astronomers
stretching back to remote antiquity were well aware of the natural
inequality and created the noon Equation of Time correction to equalise
the natural day to the equable 24 hour day.The early heliocentrists
adapted this to constant axial rotation at 15 degrees per hour and 24
hours/360 degrees.
The Equation of Time has nothing whatsoever to do with axial
orientation or tilt to the Sun/orbital plane,it is strictly a product
of the relationship between fixed axial rotation and a rate of change
in orbital orientation in accordance with Kepler's second law.
To be incompetent or incapable of recognising the change in orbital
orientation is one thing and the vast majority can be excused for this
reason,to willfully comply with a 17th century analemmatic fudge which
introduced a variable axial tilt component to the Sun/orbital plane is
incredibly,nay, catastrophically destructive.
I do not condemn you,you condemn yourselves and everyone else just
because you imagine that owning a telescope makes an
astronomer,proffessional or otherwise.
