Yes, although you might be better off regarding it as a pre-dawn object if altitude will be a real problem. Tonight it is just (as in a few Moon diameters) south of the Moon, and just east of the Beehive Cluster (M44). The latter will be largely washed out by the proximity of the Moon id there is any moisture in the air and, anyway, it is better in binocs than a telescope (as are the Pleiades).
