You can see it as a 'point', naked eye. Almost any scope can resolve some
shape, but the problem is the speed of tracking, if you want to observe
more detail. Ideally you need a GoTo system, that supports uploadable
orbital elements, or a PC based control system with similar abilities.
There are various 'satellite tracking' programs that can do this. A webcam
on the back of an SCT, can produce quite impressive images, and some
people have even managed this, when tracking by hand!...
