Do these high voltage flyers really exist, or are they in the realms of big-foot and green men?
I always thought that Telsa ( may his name be exalted ) was on the right track.
I did visit the sight and saw Orval fly!
The lifter does work.
However, they cannot yet (and may never) be able to carry enough mass to include an onboard power supply. However, this may not rule them out as useful devices if (say) they were constructed as a rectenna and powered by a ground based microwave generator.
