But you've just advocated getting rid of the people that collect it. So how is it going to happen, and suggesting that it's outsourced is intellectual fraud, the process still needs paid for whether it's crown servants or a sub-contract.

Why does it need civil servants to collect taxes?
In fact, the VAT people use private debt collection agencies right now.
Why not go that much further?
