Dear Salahuddin,
If you love your Lord Almighty with all your heart, mind, soul and
strength then virginity is the purest form of demonstrating this,
that's all it is saying. The Lord's love satisfies 'more' than that of
a physical love, which is of the flesh and not Spirit.
I don't suggest that if you live in a desert that you have sex until
your wife's period is over. Aside from the fact that blood breeds
bacteria at a phenomenal rate, both on you and your wife, there is
precious little water in the desert to waste in continual cleansing.
Therefore all around you would know that you and your wife had made
love whilst she was having a period, because you would smell like
rotting raw meat !
Have love in your heart for others and it tells much about the spirit
which resides in you.
