Unfortunately James, thiis is par for the course. The idea IMO is not
to assess you to see if you are eligible but to assess you to prove
you are not eligible.

Always appeal against any decision if it's the wrong one, not easy I
appreciate if you are in a lot of pain.

The first appeal was won and I'm on Incapacity Benefit but a locum GP, social worker and the CAB want me to appeal again. My sister (who now visits every other day) has to argue with me just to eat, shave, go up town for a walk etc so anything more is unlikely. Even my GP has given up as I'm supposed to have regular blood tests due to the amount of pain meds I take (actually, I am now on 50% more than the recommended dose which is why I suspect they want the blood tests) but they can't get me to call in for them so anything more than I *really* have to do has no chance.
