I have no idea how anyone comes up with the estimates. People tell
surveys what they want to believe about themselves, income tax reports
are private and besides they don't normally tell what brand of church
someone gave to, churches don't *know* how much anyone actually earns.

That survey tells you that liturgical church members are less likely
to lie on surveys. ;-)
