It does not necessarily follow that a being who is aware of the future
and the past will neither notice nor be affected by the flow of time. If
such were the case, then why has our perception of time not changed by
our modern ability to predict much about the future?

Because predicting the future still doesn't resemble remembering the
past.

Which is not an explanation and if it was it depends far too critically
on mechanisms of memory.

You asked "why has our perception of time not changed by our modern
ability to predict much about the future?" That use of the word "our"
made me assume you meant 'human beings', and that therefore I could
assume the memory mechanisms that operate in human beings.

I would be interested to know how you know how
god's memory works.

God doesn't have a memory; he is atemporal, so the idea of his having
a memory is nonsensical.

Which also raises the point made by some of the
physicists that our perceptions of the flow of time are merely
convenient illusions. So how therefore do we know that any deitie's
perceptions of being atemporal are not also illusory?

Because God really is atemporal.
