No it isn't - that's what's so funny. The author of the piece appears to
think that computers and animatronics are the product of evolution.
Either Ken hasn't read the article properly, or he is misrepresenting
it.
What the article *actually* says is
"..the museum repeatedly misrepresents the process and results of
science, and distorts the scientific record. Yet in every case it
takes advantage of the technical wizardry of science to get its point
across, with a series of dazzling of animatronic displays and
explanations"
The author complains about the content, and the hypocrisy with which
that content is presented.
And Ken, above, is misrepresenting and distorting also. Why is it that
veracity flies out the window, when Creationism walks in the door?
