Maybe we should all drop the denominational names so people can start judging congregations by what they are instead of by label.
Would you like to join me in the Anti-Labellist Church?

LOL, it's been done. IIRC "Disciples of Christ" call themselves "Christian" meaning to be merely Christians with no denominational label. Alas for their goal of Christian unity, they are commonly regarded as just another denomination.

No, my theory was, why not keep the existing congregations with their existing clergy and their existing hierarchy or group cooperative memberships, but drop the denominational names from the church titles, like some of the Bible Belt Baptist churches are doing?

Then newcomers would be considering whether to attend the local First church on Main Street or the local Church of the Holy Spirit or the local Newtown Community Church, judging each by the congregation and clergy present, instead of judging by the name Baptist or Anglican or Assemblies of God and whatever learned prejudice they may have about one or another denomination.

I'm tired of so much prejudice that assume a totally untrue image of a local congregation just because of the denominational label it wears.

Or just give each Christian in turn their own specific title as opposed to their denomination.
