That refers to a very different situation, and it certainly doesn't
suggest that a customer must be given 30 days notice of any
termination no matter what the reason. In fact, one of the clauses in
the new contract, which did meet with Ofcom's approval, was this:

At any point we shall have the right to cancel the account and
terminate the Services and/or this Agreement immediately if your use
of the Server in any manner infringes any law or regulation or which
infringes the rights of any third party

which clearly applies in the case of a phishing site.

That might depend on whether the phisher is the person who
actually entered into that contract. If not -- if their site
has merely been hijacked -- then it's not "*your* use of
the Server"...

That would be covered under a different clause:

We shall have the right to suspend the Services at any time and
for any reason. You will be given notification and you will be
notified of the reason prior to suspension of Services.

This is also acceptable to Ofcom. The difference between this and the
previous clause is that this allows for the suspension to be lifted
when whatever reason for imposing it has been dealt with. And this
doesn't require any specific notification period - 30 minutes, rather
than 30 days, would be adequate.
