Your wording may differ, but you believe that there is no objective
reality and you hold that that belief is self-evident.

"belief" with "assertion" or "proposition" or "statement" or whatever.

When you trained as a therapist, did you get trained in listening
skills ? Or is it that you have those skills but are choosing not to
use them ?
