Conflicts, contrasts or differences between Catholics and Protestants in Great Britain

Hi! I'm a 17 year old Norwegian student, and I'm currently working on a project on conflicts between Catholics and Protestants in Great Britain, and have a few questions I hope you can answer, and preferably with references like web sites or articles.

1. Apart from N-I and sectarianism in Scotland, are there any conflicts, constrasts or differences between those two groups, either where you live or somewhere else? Anything where Protestants and Catholics are involved on seperate sides is OK
2. How are the attitudes between High Church and Low Church in the Church of England?
3. Are there any kind of Cromwell support groups or similar around?
4. Who should I be asking about this next?

I might follow up with more questions later, thanks for any help, and -- I hope you will excuse the grammar and spelling mistakes -- I know they're there, but I don't see them as I write.
