Where in the Bible does it clearly say that anything that contradicts
it is not inspired?

The usual reference for that purpose is Isaiah 8:19,20.

Did you read the verses?
"If they speak not according to this word (the law and the testimony) there
is no light in them" or "they have no light of dawn".
We have a major translational disagreement here.
Here's the KJV, which I take it you're using:
8:19 And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have
familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should
not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? 8:20 To
the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this
word, it is because there is no light in them.
And here's the RSV:
19 And when they say to you, "Consult the mediums and the wizards who
chirp and mutter," should not a people consult their God? Should they
consult the dead on behalf of the living? 20 To the teaching and to
the testimony! Surely for this word which they speak there is no dawn.
And the NRSV:
19 Now if people say to you, "Consult the ghosts and the familiar
spirits that chirp and mutter; should not a people consult their gods,
the dead on behalf of the living, 20 for teaching and instruction?"
Surely, those who speak like this will have no dawn!
The KJV translation can certainly be read as you describe.
The NRSV translation certainly can't. The RSV is intermediate.
NEB agrees with NRSV; NIV with KJV. It seems as if we have
something of a liberal/conservative divide here...
