Well, if I claim that animal Z couldn't possibly have evolved, you're always
quick to suggest that if animal A had stood on tippy-toes and ran faster,
and B had felt cold and grew feathers, and C had an attack of St Vitus dance
and waved its arms, and D ... then it is *obvious* that Z *could* have
evolved.

That doesn't sound to me much like anything I've ever said.
But, be that as it may:

I thought you might enjoy a real challenge.

You still haven't given any reason why I should be able
to suggest a way of doing by natural selection everything
that can be done by genetic engineering.
