Well, throughout this thread you have not been adding names in; however I've
noticed that you've started doing so again. Thanks for that - it is

Well, that's up to you. But I will answer your question: I'm trying to
understand why, when becoming a Christian, someone should take on the view
that the Bible is the infallible word of God, and to adopt that view pretty
much as part of their acceptance of Jesus. My guess is that in most cases,
it is simply because it is what they have been taught. You, however, seem to
be suggesting that it's due to the leading of the Spirit, so I'm just trying
to find out if and how it happened in your own case.
