Does anyone *really* believe that such a tiny increase, on what is
already a tiny amount *really* have any effect on global warming?

An increase from 0.0032% to 0.0038% is an 18.75% increase what is so small
about that?

The fact the CO2 constitutes such a tiny proportion of the atmosphere. Many scientists believe we could quadruple it and it would make no difference.
