Something this size is a VERY specialised job. I think it will cost you
a lot of money so don't buy it until you know the transport costs.
Amongst other things at this width you will need Dep't of Transport
approval for the movement, the route will probably need to be surveyed
in advance and speed limits of 20 SC, 25 DC and 30 MW will apply. I
would suggest you speak to an abnormal load haulier rather than a boat
transporter.

Thanks for your replies, will keep posted to out come of quotes. The
other prob I have realised is that I'm going to have to double what
ever price I get, to get it back in to the water once it's been
restored! Hopefully it will be no more than about 1k each way!

Erm - are you getting free cranage? We shifted Barmere last year (36t barge) and the crane alone should have been £4k for the day. You need a BIG crane to move that weight - ours was 200t.
