Canaltime curiosity

Question: What makes someone choose a Canaltime share as opposed to, say, a
twelfth share in Ownerships or others of the same ilk? Is it down to cost?
Flexibility? Surely it can't be the quality of the boats - although, to be
fair, I've never really studied a Canaltime boat in great detail.
The Canaltime website hasn't offered any real clues and certainly doesn't
make any mention of the likely cost (unless I've missed it).
Not that I'm likely to undertake either option right now, it's just that
we've encountered lots of them during the last week afloat and I'm just
curious ...
