Glad to be of assistance!
When/if the derogation goes, it will go for *all* the EU countries
where red may now be used for pleasure craft propulsion (Belgium,
Finland, etc.).
You will, I'm sure, be able to use up what you now have in your tanks,
perhaps subject to a latest date for doing so.
In France now (where red is not allowed for pleasure craft
propulsion), if you are found with red in your tanks you must show
invoices for where it was legally bought (e.g. Belgium), and that you
could have got to where you were found on the red that was in the
tanks when you entered the country (or receipts for white if the fuel
in the tanks is now pale pink). Otherwise, they wheel out the
guillotine.
