....I've been on these for a number of years. About a decade ago, x-rays suggested early signs of OA in knees (as with OP). I "play" indoor football each week as well as walking 2-3 times a year, mainly in the Lake District.

Well, I say "play" football. I spend a lot of time in goals and I am noticing that my turning circle is getting wider.

My worry with glucosamine/chondroitin/cod liver oil is that perhaps my knees would be the worse without them. I am trapped into perpetual usage in case there is an effect and if I were to stop, my knees would complain...
