Missed that. Why do they have two progs like that virtually on top of each
other? It's like unregulated buses.
What I want to know is where did all that virgin snow come from and for
that matter the float plane.
Never mind the virgin snow, it was virgin snow and sun and views for miles
on Suilven!!...At least it was a bit more realistic on Ben Hope.
Napes Needle is harder isn't it?
Yes. It should be fun watching him do that. I spurned a chance a long time
ago as the climb seemed to get harder as it got nearer the top. I suppose
that's why I'm on urw and not urc.
Griff was wrong about how highly prized Ben Hope is though. The Inn Pin
occupies that position.
He fluffed it a couple of times. He said it was the most northerly and the
most remote, which it isn't (remote). Then he went to Skye, took Gaelic
lessons, and made an absolute hash of Sgurr Thormaid which came out as
Tormaid instead of something like Horomich.
Bruach na Frithe was chosen as it is close to the Slig and is the
easiest of the Munros on the Main Ridge to get up.
Aye, he probably wanted to get back for a quick pint :-)
