Clearly if I'm going to modernise my clothing habits I'm going to need
to buy a new house with one of these big walk-in wardorbes :-)

Yes, that is the ideal situation, and one of the reasons for house
prices remaining so boyant. Remember to comparmentalise and
appropriately label your walk-in wardrobe, otherwise you may find
yourself accidentally going to a black tie dinner in lycra.
