Every model I've come across has the option to change Lat/Long to OSGB. Make sure the datum is set correctly though. You can test all this in your local park long before you need it in the hills.

Probably one of the most reliable and affordable is the "Yellow" Garmin Etrex. You should be able to get one of the original models fairly reasonably now as there is a new "H" range coming on the market.
