Re: I must be mad

The message <f34p8j$un9$1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
from "Paul Saunders" <pvs1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> contains these words:

Ha! If it's any consolation, I'd planned a walk today but didn't bother
because it was overcast all day...

After driving for about 3 and a half hours there was no way I wasn't
going to do at least the first half of the walk.

....and now the sun's come out and there isn't a cloud in the sky! :-(

Except for the last few miles the sun was shining all the way across
Wales. If I had had maps and an itinerary for anywhere close by I would
have diverted but of course I left the books at home and was a bit short
on maps as well having only taken a laminated A4 blown up to 1:25000 as
I didn't have any large scale mapping of the area.

Nearest Marilyn still to be visited - Great Orme.
89 miles as the crow flies,
considerably more as the walker drives.
