Peak District short walk for beginners

Hi,s,

I'm looking at organising a 'team building' walk in the peak district, there
will be six of us and it will include walking novices and experienced
walkers.

Ideally I would like a walk in the South/ South East section of the Peak
District and I'd like it to take no more than 3 - 4 hours and to include a
peak (for satisfaction factor..)

Anyone have any recomendations?

Also (apologies for all the questions) but if anyone knows of a pub with
accomodation nearby to a suggested walk that would be great.

Thanks,

Paul
