blow hard through nostril B, then reverse and repeat. Wipe off remains
with hand, wipe hand on bum of trousers, wash trousers at home.
But it would be no good for a constantly dripping nose (and I'm not even going to put it to the test)!
Actually it is very good because it clears the nasal passage out a long way back thereby removing the feed for the drip for quite a while.
It doesn't fit everyone's sense of decency but is very effective. I don't even find a wipe of the hand necessary most of the time ;-)
