I haven't the faintest idea /why/ it works, but I've used creams with
urea in (synthesised and natural) and it's good stuff. That's good
enough for me. I'm not sure how one'd go about making one's own potion
- maybe fresh early morning mid-stream urine mixed with oatmeal and
honey or something? Of course, cotton or silk socks'd be needed...
