I hadn't intended to reply to this thread as I don't get many presents
but most do appear to be walking related, even the bottle of Laphroaig,
but more particularly the hip flask complete with a small funnel and
10cl of Glen Morangie.
More conventionally two books which I have left with my sister so she
can read them as well. Memoirs of a Fell Wanderer and a book based
largely on A Harry Griffins column in the Gruinard whose title I can't
recall. The quote about AW I posted earlier came from the latter book.
