I was, but the figures added up to too much, and the sites I had in mind
had planning problems in that the council would let me put up a
massively ugly Barratt stylee brick box to match the ones around them,
but not a nice little bungalow. Other sites turned out to be more than I
could afford, even before i started building. Shattered dreams....
