Not really. It works better with more apps, UAC is vastly less
irritating and you can drag and drop into a command window, plus some
other UI features work better than they did. But it seems not to
handle multiple docking locations and screen resolutions and
orientations well.

Funny, really, as a Mac could do that in 1997.
