I got something apparently identical to this:

from Netto yesterday, but with a few burrs and discs, a flexible extension cable, and one of those clamp-on stands to hang it from bit like a mini-hospital drip stand. All for 15 zu. All it appears to be missing are more than the fitted collet and any drill bits, but I already have some of those which I hope will fit. Appears pretty solidly made.
