And speaking of cameras, I ohled an arj fingery camera just before Xmyth. A
fFuji Finepix J10 wot are rather good I goov, in comparison with my Kodak
4MP point and shoot. Just one slight snag. Whilst taking photos in a cave
today, I was holding a flashgnu and pointing the camera simultaneously when
someone pointed out that the results would be immeasurably improved if I
pointed the flash in the same direction as the camera.

Reflected light is far more subtitle, and often produces better definition.

tis true. however, pointing the flash too far off-topic results in a fine
picture of a black cat in a coal cellar.
