Natural wastage. Just don't breed them, & there'll be no problem in a few years.

How would I feed my kitties, if there was no meat available? Cats
*have* to have meat.

He didn't live with cats, he lived with a dog, & dogs can survive on TVP. If I answered, it'd be surmise, & I lost contact a couple of decades ago, so I can't ask him.

As he admitted, he *was* on the extreme fringe.....

He wasn't wanting it to happen *now, right this minute* though, but during his lifetime as a gradual process, I think.
