Apparently not. Was in common hfr with the BAU staff at the Revenge when I was there but most of those who came in to do Tax Credits looked at me blankly when I suggested something belonged in file 13. I would expect those fairly arj in a business environment may not have come across it but, on my 1st week on placement, I asked a not-yet-18 what they did with something out of date, should I just file 13 it. No puzzlement, just a yes. and they haven't got it from the boss as she says "bin it".
