minutes. Theory runs that the ship was carrying munitions and that these
blew up, and the Admiralty covered it up.

It is off shore not far from where I live and the owner has eventually
got permission to dive on it in the hope of finding some kind of proof
one way or the other. Or at least that was the last I heard but there
have been legal arguments about ownership here for as long as I
unforget.
