you have to start taking it, but you can cancel it and it doesn't bother you anymore.

if you molish a regsitry key

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Tour\

and then under it, add a new DWORD value

RunCount = 0

it should kill it for all hfrrs of the chamine.
