neem oil is just a vegetable oil, like sunflower or coconut or palm.
Sure you may be unlucky and have an allergic reaction to it, but it's
not toxic in the way that EOs are and doesn't contain anywhere near the
concentration of known allergens (if any) present in EOs.

Ah. Then again, some vegetable oils are toxic, too. Particularly if the
Spanish have been allowed to tamper with it.
