yeah, stupid idea. can't imagine why people do it. we put lino in ours a
bit back. Mind, someone's found the bit where there's a hole in the
floorboards and made a matching hole in the lino...

I want to take up the carpet in my bathroom and put down vinyl. The
problem being that the sink is propped up on a wooden frame. To do the
floor, I will have to remove the frame and the sink will fall off the
wall.
